CEREC Porcelain Crowns
CEREC is a system that scans a damaged tooth, helps us design a crown, and mills out a new crown—all while you’re relaxing in the dental chair! Porcelain crowns look and feel like natural teeth, and they’re strong and long-lasting. Getting crowns made in around 90 minutes is very convenient for your busy schedule!
Digital X-Rays
Digital x-rays are faster and more convenient than traditional x-rays. They don’t use film, so we can immediately see images of your teeth on the screen, allowing quick and accurate diagnoses. Digital x-rays are also more comfortable to take, and they use about 80% less radiation than traditional ones.
Intraoral Cameras
Our intraoral cameras are about the size of a large writing pen, yet they can show tiny details in your mouth on a screen, blown up hundreds of times. We use them to show you what we see in your mouth and to diagnose problems we can treat quickly and effectively.
OralID
This is a system for catching oral cancer early, allowing you to get the treatment you need before cancer progresses too far. It uses a light-emitting tool and related glasses that allow us to see suspicious lesions developing in the mouth, which can’t be seen with the naked eye.
Sonic Activated Fillings
A Sonic Fill tools gives us the ability to quickly fill in a tooth with a durable composite material. These fillings are aesthetically pleasing and easy to place.
Dental Lasers
Dental lasers provide convenient and comfortable treatments that would otherwise be performed with metal tools. We use lasers to contour gums and treat gum infections effectively and safely.
DIAGNOdent Laser Cavity Indicator
Metal tools can detect cavities in their early stages fairly well, but lasers can detect them when they’re even smaller. Using lasers, we can catch tooth decay before it causes too much harm. Treating such small cavities is more comfortable and easier than treating larger ones.
Digital Photography
Our digital photographic tools allow us to take detailed, high-quality digital pictures of your teeth. These let you easily see and understand the dental conditions we are going to treat. This is a helpful and motivational part of the dental treatment process.
